Pros

Friendly , hardworking Co workers who are very open and honest. Other than that there really are no pros. Something really needs to change around here.

Cons

CEO doesn't care about employees, especially at the Coleman Data Solutions subsidiary of Coleman Professional Services. There are employees who have been here for 20 years and still have not recieved a raise or promotion. They hire handicapped people to "help" them. But really all it is, is cheap labor, they pay them minimum wage, for 20 years straight! Scarce raises, never see bonuses at Coleman Data, EVER. Horrible health care, constant lay offs. And much much more..

Pros

great work in the community. very helpful with the elderly. they help a lot of indigent people and the elderly.

Cons

very challenging. You have to be very care full that you do not cross the boundaries at risk of your nursing license.

Pros

-May look good on a resume - May be able to make a difference in some people's lives -pays more than minimum wage

Cons

I'll start by saying it isn't the safest job, and you are not compensated properly for what you do. It is a non profit but i don't feel the clients are the first priority. The people who take care of clients are over worked and single staffed in most cases. You do get paid time off but getting the time off is extremely difficult. I was also told before i left that if i gave a whole months noticed that i would receive my paid time off on my last paycheck. I found out this was not true and I was lied to in order for them to have me work 2 additional weeks which i could have spent at the new job i had. I feel that facilities are also doing the clients more harm than good. With better training more staff the living situation for the clients could be immensely improved.
