The time since the transition from a prior contract provider to this one has been interesting.
Pros
Flexible scheduling, good administration in the Lima area offices, pleasant coworkers, opportunity for personal/professional growth, quick response to IT problems. It offers many opportunities for interns to move from learning to employment. Local management is progressive in program development. Positive recognition of coworkers is encouraged. Local admin tries to be responsive to individual or group staff needs.
Cons
Paperwork is burdensome and sometimes very redundant. Changes/additions to paperwork are not always communicated to local administration and staff and therefore there is no training on the changes/additions. Salaries for local staff have not been commensurate to experience or to similar positions in other business units (despite the fact that this staff has always produced more income than staff in other business units). Due to growth (positive) communication even at the local level has suffered (negative).
