Pros

Excellent place to get in, work hard, and grow your career. Family focused company with conservative values. Located in small town area that is excellent for families.

Cons

Due to the small town location, it may not be ideal for the career builder that is seeking to jump from job to job in an attempt to accelerate their rise to the top of the career ladder.

Pros

Open and friendly upper management, good-great starting salary, supportive work environment, very professional but still mixes in some fun and that awesomely funny southern hospitality.

Cons

Does anyone like waking up early? During the busy seasons (spring-summer) you can find yourself at work on Saturday (Overtime/weekend pay is great), a lot of the "extra curricular" activities (BBQ's, NCAA final 4 parties etc.) are required but the plus side is they bring in good food and drink, they are not stingy.
