Pros

Some of the management at corporate are responsive. All of the support staff at corporate are helpful.

Cons

No personal life whatsoever. You belong to Coleman 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No excuses. Management at most levels are old school, untrained, know nothing outside of the Coleman system, and will work you like a dog no matter what the circumstances. Pay is well below industry standards and expectations are ridiculous. Vacation is the most stingy I've ever witnessed in any industry.
