I feel like I am part of a family at Coleman. There is an on staff chaplain. There is a caring atmosphere.

The summer gets very busy and stressful.

Pros

Guaranteed full time Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM ONLY for office, their road crews have unlimited hours in a day Their benefits are pretty good, free medical

Cons

Bad management, there’s never just one boss there, everyone sticking their nose into something, the people they work for also doesn’t treat them fairly. Most time the office team doesn’t treat their road crew workers with the respect they deserve. Without the crews, they wouldn’t have a job.
