Pros

Please read this, and apply to other places. They are just so desperate for slave labor, that they'll hire anyone on the spot.

Cons

You get no work life balance. A coworker of mine never left the parking lot after his shift; instead he slept in his car until he was supposed to be back, four hours later. This company does not care about the eight hour gap between shifts. There were weeks where I didn't receive any pay. No matter how many hours I worked, all of my checks would go to taxes. The management would also outright lie about how big a job was, and out put crews that were too small on jobs that were too big. They would always say, "It's not that big, it'll take you like.. an hour tops." I was there because I needed a company to pay for my cdl schooling. After I got it, one manager who had his head so far up his butt, that he was ready and willing to eat his own bs. He began using my cdl against me. He began treating me like a child, and continued to lie to everyone about working there. I guess he chose this as his career because his wife worked in the medical field, and he could continue to sponge off of what she made. Working there was literally hell on Earth. None of the trucks worked, one actually had the ignition taken out, and you had to start it with a screwdriver. The truck I took my road test in was so bad, it wasn't even road worthy. It had all these wires exposed, seats were missing, not to mention, the fifth wheel was gone.
