100 weight pay absolutely suck can not live off of it will have to some how make side cash elsewhere if u stay at the job being a driver for them is absolutely horrible u have no life u over drive all the time and are expected to lie about it on driver logs driver logs are an absolute fking joke management socks at there job 🙄
