      Pros

      You will get work scope and skills according to your skills. You may have a pleasant working environment.

      Cons

      As per the financial aspect, they need to work more. During the COVID period, they reduced my CTC and didn't increase it. It takes more than 6 months to clear my full and final salary. They also deduct around 30K rupees from my full and final salary. You need to be more clear on the CTC aspect.
