      Pros

      Collebra is a good company where you got salary in time, you can utilize your skills quite well, they provide healthy environment to any type of issue. Most important salary and perks are very good.

      Cons

      I am recently joined them, yet any concern resolve by the HR Team with promptly response with email/phone. are very effective. I need to find out the cons, waiting for it.

      Worst HR ever- never join under a Contract

      Pros

      Joined Collabera under a contract and I have no pros to add. The HR don’t know how to manage the clients and expect you to do their job and talk to the client company. Was told would be given a job in Bangalore but am being asked to shift to different places after 5 months of joining. Don’t ever believe what the HR says

      Cons

      No proper POC in case you have an issue with the client company and even if you do have a contact they don’t know how to tackle your problems and will put all the blame on the employee rather than trying to figure out what went wrong
