      Good Place to work

      Pros

      Superb work culture. Open door policy - you can connect with any Senior level manager or Director and let them know about your perspective. Freshers or New joiners are dealt with respect and proper time is given for them to understand and grow in the industry. Festivals are celebrated throughout the year with great atmosphere and my personal favorite is the Employee Appreciation week in Q3 of every year which is a week long exercise. Amazing team to work with. Overall, a great place to work and learn

      Cons

      The only flaw I found is about that the pay structure is bit behind in terms of market competition.

      Great place to learn and grow

      Pros

      Collaborative and supportive team environment. Everyone is always willing to help each other out. We have weekly team lunches which fosters a strong sense of camaraderie. The company offers a lot of opportunities for professional development. There are regular training sessions and opportunities to work on new projects.

      Cons

      The role requires wearing many hats, which can be overwhelming at times. The company culture is fast-paced and deadlines can be tight. This can be stressful, but it also pushes you to be adaptable and efficient, which are valuable skills in today's job market. Benefits can also be better.
