Never trust on their words

Toxic culture. Leadership is a joke there. Politics is more than politics. HR doesn't listens to your complaints. They are merely a puppet in hands of those who play politics. No one isn't even aware of employment laws and most of them break it. You may feel harassed with the words of entitled employees and complaints don't help. They don't care about performance, they only care about who worship them for growth. No growth, no culture apart from trips n parties (which is not for all), a drooling over other gender based on looks culture more than the work culture, entitlement issues, disrespecting culture. They want you to work overtime, even when you dont have work left and pay less than industry standards. No job security. If someone doesn't likes you, you are going to face harassment, politics of silent termination or asked to leave. They don't care if you have a problem at home and won't even give wfh for that while. They try to even get remote contract employees in office and play politics if they refuse. The management makes you life a living hell if they don't like you. Even if they use particular software, they won't give you if they don't like you and then will rant upon your lack of skills even if you are high performer. Gaslighting is hugely present in their culture. They even scare and target your work friends. Oh! You may find difficulties with FnF. They do make fake promises. Make sure everything is documented. Anyhow don't join. They don't care about your career or life. They'll show, they don't.
