If you want a job filled with Insight Global rejects and under qualified, immature manager this is the place to work. They only promote employees that they like and nothing is based on skill. This company is toxic and you will hate every minute of it. I have heard managers make fun of associates for not drinking at happy hours and others get made fun of based on the amount of money you make. They don't actually care about the relationships you make with clients, they just want you to shut up and cold call all day, over 200 calls a day to be exact. Everyday I see someone new on LinkedIn leaving this fake company. Any new grads, if a recruiter reaches out from Collabera, delete the message and never look back. It will be the best decision you'll make.

Not a liveable wage. They say they keep the wage low so you want to work to get “commission” truth is you won’t see any commission for the first year AT LEAST 80% of the time. Because you have to make a certain amount of commission before they even pay you out. I made the company almost $100k from my placements and never saw a dime for it. Prepare to cold call an insane amount on leads that have been called on an insane amount. And being scrutinized on not setting enough meetings or having enough cold calls per week. That was my least favorite part and the most draining. Honestly this job feels like a bunch of busy work and waiting for a lucky opportunity. I went insane behind my desk everyday. I think the retainment in this job says enough. No one stays, no one lasts, and people are in and out like a turnstile. Of my starting class company wide EVERYONE has quit. Because the opportunity to grow is slim and the wage is unlivable. And truthfully recruiting is a dying breed and there are far better career opportunities in Nashville. The new CEO is the definition of a cheese ball and acts like he read a movie script of how a CEO acts one time and that’s the persona he went with. He’s shady.
