Pros
A big working atmosphere with different teams working together, for their clients spread all over USA. energetic team mates who compete with each other for making their team the best, which in turn results into progress of the entire company. Great support from the Team leaders, senior employees. The best part of the company are the managers, they take at most care of their team members, and help you in any possible way they can.
Cons
A bit of over load of work, naturally because of the increasing clients and competitors, but still taking that work load pays u back, so no regrets.
