      It has some of the best clients in us as its clients and hence I have choosen this company so .

      Cons

      One of the worst con about this company is it tries to rip the employees. It pays less compared to its competitors .

      They are a staffing company trying to be a consulting company. Good Luck!

      Pros

      The salary is good. The people are good. The industry is starting to pick up and they can grow.

      Cons

      It is not a company that works well together. Each group operates independantly from each other. Since there is a wedge between the consulting and the staffing side this is not good for the overall company. Right now the consulting arm of Collabera make up less than 5% of their overall revenue. I think the people are ok here but the leadership is focused on their own team goals and not the overall company's goals. Only the CEO can corret this.
