      Pros

      Collabera offers its employees the necessary tools and resources to achieve success. By demonstrating your dedication and hard work, you will find it challenging to not excel in this environment. Our office culture is unique and fosters an atmosphere of continuous support and encouragement at all levels. Recruitment naturally has its ebbs and flows, but Collabera assists its employees in effectively navigating these fluctuations while also encouraging self-improvement.

      Cons

      We have recently transitioned to a full five-day workweek in the office, a decision that I believe may not fully align with the evolving expectations of modern society. Previously, I worked in the office four days a week on average. Although one extra day is not difficult to manage, the lack of flexibility is notable. Another area for improvement that comes to mind is the lack of cultural celebrations and activities over the past 9 months, most notably Pride and Black History Month, which is really disheartening.

      Requires in-office work if you're within 50 miles - wish there were more locations!

      No pros I found till now.

      Cons

      The culture for which Collabera has been known for has been degraded a long time ago. Forced resignations has become common nowadays in Collabera. They want emoloyees to work at 27-28k forever and employees should not expect any hike at all. The whole company is running on freshers only. Once the employee is 3-4 years old into the organisation, they pressure for the forced resignations.
