      Pros

      Collabra does a great job of matching the job seekers skill set to available opportunities. They also do a great job of staying in contact and lend assistance if needed. Bhakti Jain has done a great job in this area,

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement but I do not have anything that I would consider to be a Con.

      Decent enough company

      Pros

      They are a pretty hands-off company, which is nice. An assigned person checks in every few months. They found me a GREAT part-time position working at a great company.

      Cons

      Low end of the pay scale. My position seems like a one-off so there aren't any other jobs to promote to.
