      Too much office politics

      Salary on time, that it I would say.

      Cons

      -Too much office politics within teams. -In era of hybrid model they want everyone to be 100% onsite, zero flexibility. -One time insentive system that too very limited amount. -They only think about there company zero mental peace for employees or you can say no work life balance. -If they will give you leaves in case of emergency (family emergency or health issues) they will treat you as a slave once you are back from the leave. -No Indian holiday, not even for big festival like Diwali or Eid. -They are excellent in terms of giving work pressure even if there is no business. -Big targets to achieve promotion and too many stages, where as in other companies you don't have to go through that much.
