      A good agency to work for

      Pros

      The onboarding is very easy, they find locations close to you for ID verification, drug screening etc. They're in North Jersey I am near Philadelphia, but that was never a problem for getting all of the paperwork done.

      Cons

      Some of the contact people were slower than others to respond when you contacted an left a message.

      onboarding was poorly setup

      Pros

      Plenty of support when needed, pay and overall attitude of colleagues was positive.

      Cons

      Onboarding was a bit of a nightmare, and support seemed to have issues when working with the clients vpn. Left it to me do figure it out causing delays with product deadlines.
