      They will give offer letter to join Collabera and when we receive offer from client then they release appointment letter. And when we left the company they mention joining date of Collabera is the date that we got offer from the client and they won't consider the joining date of Collabera. Because of that career gap will be more... And the management team won't respond untill we send 10 to 15 mails.....At last totally the company is too worst and without any prior information they gave last working date.
