      I have been with Collabera for a little over two months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. The work culture is collaborative and supportive, I genuinely appreciate the openness of the team, Even in a short span of time, I have been trusted with meaningful responsibilities, If you’re someone who values teamwork, autonomy, and a positive work environment, Collabera is a great place to be.

      A solid place to grow, learn, and be part of something bigger

      Pros

      Working at Collabera has given me the opportunity to grow not just in my creative skills, but also in how I collaborate with cross-functional teams. The exposure to a wide variety of projects — from internal branding to client-facing campaigns — has really helped me evolve as a designer and editor. Also, it’s a place where you feel your effort is noticed — whether it’s through appreciation, opportunities, or just small gestures that make a difference.

      Cons

      Sometimes, creative work can be seen more as execution rather than strategy. While there’s definitely space to contribute ideas, I do feel there’s room for more involvement of the creative team in the early planning or conceptual stages of bigger campaigns. Being brought in earlier could make the final output even stronger and more aligned across teams.

      Work enviroment is good and encouraging. People are so welcoming. Company credit salary on time.

      Cons

      Office Location is not in major city. While working in vadodara i miss night life and events and there are lessoptions for entertainment over weekends.
