Pros

1. Decent work environment 2. OK benefits 3. Flexibility in schedule 4. Good exit policies 5. Decent pay if you are in your early 20s

Cons

Most of this company is bad. I had to rake the mind for the pros above. Overall, this isn't a good place to work, especially given their outdated view of the industry.

It's good to know that your role met many of the important fundamentals of a good workplace, that you were paid well for your experience level, and that our exit policies helped you leave on happy terms. We're always looking to improve what we do every day, and we'd love to hear your feedback on where we could update our strategies. If you'd like to share more about your experience, we'd be glad to hear it at BusinessExcellence@collabera.com. Thanks so much for sharing your review!

Pros

You can make a lot of money and meet a lot of great people, great for networking, and business acumen if you actually take your job seriously

Cons

We treat our consultants terribly. All this company cares about is their bottom line. They don’t care how the targets or making money is achieved. They are greedy people who don’t even provide solid benefits for consultants and treat their employees like waste. If you are struggling or performing poorly for even a short while, it’s as if you are worthless to them and good luck getting any guidance from the incompetent management team that couldn’t sell a candy bar to a small child. Everyone here is trying to be something they are not and nobody cares about proper training or ethics/morals here. It’s a constant churn and burn environment that strives off of boozing it up as much as they can. The only reason I stay is because I have been here too long and do well and would get sued if I tried to go anywhere else do to my ridiculous non compete.

Pros

I joined Collabera a little over a year ago and haven't looked back. I went through the AAM program and then was quickly promoted within the year. The growth is there. For a recent college kid who does not know quite what to do it was awesome to join a place where everyone is recent grad or entry level and in the same boat. Everyone there is super cool and the work environment is super positive. People hang outside of work too. The company definitely gives you the tools to be successful but its up to you at the end of they day.

Cons

Staffing is unpredictable in general Its super metrics driven.
