Collabera has trained and prepared me to be successful as an Account Manager and both the corporate training and help provided by my associates and Sales Manager has been terrific. Collabera is always finding ways to help improve communication and setting up numerous contests to help us be successful and supportive along the way. I feel very fortunate to work here and am excited about the future.

I started working with Collabera right out of college and can not describe how amazing it has been since. I was greeted by a team that was fun, smart, and hardworking so I look forward to coming into work. Instantly, I felt that I was trusted and supported so that I could reach my goals. I truly feel that we have a customer first attitude and that we really take care of our consultants and clients.

Cons

Training could be more structured at the beginning, but all in all, the team is very insightful and brilliant with their recruiting or sales knowledge.

Exciting and close knit company culture with a hardworking ethic. Collabera has a highly effective training program that prepared me to be successful in sales, especially in the fast paced tech industry of Seattle. There is never a dull moment with this office, the sales team and recruiting team works closely together to excel in customer satisfaction. Endless growing opportunities!!

Cons

Not your average 9-5 job, Seattle sales market definitely demands more hours and weekends as well. Must be willing to put in the extra hours to see results
