      Pros

      It’s a great place to work and I always wanted to be a part of such an amazing company. All thanks to Nisarg Shah and Asmina Sheik who found the potential in me and gave me this opportunity to get into the interview process. Sanyam, Puneet, Prasannajit are the best leaders I can work with. Everyone are amazing

      Compared to other corporate companies Collabera is less toxic, and everyone here are like a family

      It's been almost 3 weeks since I've joined collabera. After this 3 weeks of experience what I can highlight is that collabera is having ultra edge as compare to other peers in - - Work Culture - Management leadership - Work life balance Apart from the above points, as a leader in staffing business since last 3 decades, I can see their recruitment process very smooth and comfy. Recruiter Nimish Anand has reduced the Turn Around Time (TAT) remarkably. Also, I can quote distinguished qualities of hiring manager (Nilesh Yadav) great down to earth personalities, very strong fundamentals and clarity for the goals/output/result.
