      Account Management/AAM Program

      Pros

      In terms of developing talent and promoting internally, this initiative to groom young sales representatives is incredible. I was brought on a few months back as an AAM and recently transitioned into a full AM role. I can say this: Terrific program (although there is room for improvement), there is a great training/support system in-place, your metrics are 100% achievable with dedication and being diligent with your time management. I believe that Collabera has gone above and beyond to truly support me and help me grow to become an Account Manager, and though it has been stressful at times (what job worth having isn’t?), I’m very glad I accepted my offer to join the company and not work elsewhere. The opportunity and earning potential is incredible.

      Cons

      None really, the training program has been very helpful. I would say the metrics for which I was to be evaluated on changed from when I was brought on, to the day I was promoted. Make expectations clear from day one as to exactly what you need to hit in order to be considered for promotion. Also, stop trying to be Insight Global. Collabera is a superior company to work for, do not deviate from this. Insight has poor employee reviews for a reason. Worth noting: One of our cultural values is “being responsive beyond imagination”, however I feel like not everyone lives up to this. Instill this more with everyone, across the company.

      Account Manager

      Pros

      Collabera has trained and prepared me to be successful as an Account Manager and both the corporate training and help provided by my associates and Sales Manager has been terrific. Collabera is always finding ways to help improve communication and setting up numerous contests to help us be successful and supportive along the way. I feel very fortunate to work here and am excited about the future.
