Pros

Easy interview process. Easy to contact your POC Younger environment This will give me more experience in the "real world."

Cons

Commute is extremely far and pay doesn't help compensate for the gas. Tried to nudge the base a little higher to help supplement the commute, but wouldn't move.

Pros

Generous in the base salary. If you are looking for a place to meet people and have interoffice relationships this is definitely the place. Managers and recruiters to executives.

Cons

This company wants to be an Insight Global look a like by stealing all of their former talent regardless if they were good or not. Leadership is not very competent and attentive to market, employees and advancing it's people.
