      Pros

      Large in size but start up mentality. Everyone here is great good with each other and very unselfish to help one another to succeed. Their training program for new grads has made big strides and the company has dedicated a lot of time/money in development. Work/life balance is very good as well.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little pricy. The training for new grads is very good from corporate level but still has some room for improvement.

      The company is great and provides excellent opportunity for growth. The management and team is awesome and going to work every day is something that I look forward to.

      Pros

      You get to work independently and if you get into a good assignment(most of them are good ones), you do not have any strict timing . You get to work whenever you want to and the only thing that matters is delivering in time.

      Cons

      The organization is full of talented people ,so there are already hundreds of people better than you with good connections. So, need to survive in this ocean becomes challenging.
