      Pros

      A company where an individual who has good potential and wants to learn and outgrow other Competitors in a very positive competitive environment. Collabera is the perfect company for that. The highly professional environment of the company can transform the personality of any individual and bring the best out of him.

      Cons

      In the initial stages the work load can discourage some. But one can always get used to with time.

      Pros

      Collabera is the best company to start career with, as in you get outstanding exposure and hands on experience dealing with the clients in the field of IT staffing services and solutions thereby maintaining work life balance. A complete blend of Excellent working conditions with ultimate supportive top management. It has always broken the client expectations and has been excelling in all the projects allotted so far. Proud to be associated with Collabera.

      Cons

      Collabera has been little lenient in terms of flexibility in the working hours, which is good from the employees point of view though. However, it should focus on implementing strict timings for the employees so that they can come up and be available for sufficient support.

      Pros

      Very thorough with screening and paperwork. Always paid on time. If a holiday fell on a payday, money was available days beforehand.

      Cons

      Assignment was very short. Company outsourced abroad. Had a satellite office in New Jersey. Was actually operating out of India. Not necessarily a con. Just information to know.
