Where do I start?! In theory, the organization without layers of reporting structure sounds appealing, right? In reality, it just leads to mass confusion because no one is held accountable and groups can make up their own rules. And, no one wants to be honest with the 6 in leadership positions because it doesn't bode well with the Kool-Aid they are selling.
