      CDD is a truly collaborative environment where everyone is working toward the same goal, and this shows in our customer reviews. We have a successful product and a compelling mission. I'm grateful to work here.

      Cons

      We're still relatively small and lean so people often have to wear more than one hat. Since we've been growing a lot there are periods of messiness and adjustment, but so far the culture seems to be holding up well.
