Some nice people work there.

Cons

Poor organization, lots of turf wars between groups with overlapping missions. Passive-aggressive behavior, frustration voiced by numerous employees. Constant expressions of hopelessness, like "ours is a department to move on from." Etc. A mindset of constantly kicking the can down the road--"We're too busy to plan this project now, we'll address our mistakes after we get through this phase.

Good mission - bad management impacting productivity

Generous vacation package. Generous retirement.

Cons

Large bureaucracy structure which is slow to change. Hires people at managerial level and who lack some basic people skills - pretenders who lie to your face while backstabbing. There is no meaningful collaboration - it's at the surface level - and productivity is greatly impacted by this non-value of human capital.

The people here are very friendly and professional, the office is fantastic, great benefits, great location

Cons

There has been a large culture shift here recently. More people have been quitting as a result of too much work to do, poor management, and constant bickering/politicking between different teams who should be working together.
