      An Organization on the way to Irrelevance

      Pros

      Easy work, ultra low pressure environment.

      Cons

      They are more focused on themselves than their customers. They fail to react to a changing business landscape and will eventually become irrelevant due to its organizational inertia and failure to defend the SAT/PSAT assessments. They have on boarded wokeness to such a level that they are ashamed of their own exam (even though they know through their data that the assessments are not discriminatory). AP exams will soon follow and once that is gone - The College Board will cease to exist in any meaning way.

      Pros

      Don’t need to work hard since manager doesn't care, technical skill is not important for IT roles. People stealing credits for work that they didn't do, and this behavior is encouraged by manager as long as you are the flatterers or liar. Managers know nothing about their own roles or their direct reports’; architect know nothing as long as he/she knows how to talk.

      Cons

      Poor management, there is a big gap since managers don't even know what employees are doing at the jobs. Managers never care who is the hard working person, because they like people who can talk rather than doing work! Only flatterers will get promoted, they made all fake reports to upper management. The management only care about is their own interest, should stay away!
