Pros

If you are a top performer, you will have a generally good experience from what I saw from those guys.

Cons

If you are like the other 85% of the people hired. You will get subpar training, attention, and pay. The whole strategy they have is to have people "fight it out" to see who is actually going to stay around, screwing over 90% of the people who don't magically pop off their first month. Not to mention being kept in the dark till manager training.

You brought real points to the table, and while this program rewards initiative, clearer structure early on can only make the experience stronger.

Pros

Nothing is good about this comapany

Cons

College works is the definition of draining whatever they’re promising you expect to do double that in amount of work. Sure you can make some money if you work hard but even so your only going to net about 20% profit imagine running a 100k business doing pretty much all the work by yourself because each manager is so busy to honestly even help you to only net 20k profits while the company takes about 50% for doing nothing but telling you to knock on doors. All in all you make about 20$ an hour I’ve ran this through with multiple different interns and their profits were actually worse all in all not worth the anxiety. The first training will have about 200 people the training on from that will dim down to 20-30 people if that.

You clearly put in serious effort, and while this program pushes everyone to keep improving, we’re always evaluating how to better support and recognize that level of work.
