Pros

Salary isn't amazing but if you show up, learn, and work hard you can make $200k+. International sales meetings are always fun. Collette is very well established in the industry and the company sells itself. Great coworkers who are very supportive

Cons

Quite a bit of traveling. Expectations to be on the road 4 days a week so depending on the territory there can be long days. Early mornings and late nights.

Pros

Fantastic company to work for, I am so happy working here. The company owners really care about their employees. Growing company which means opportunities for growth. Many learning and development opportunities. Very competitive benefits, best I’ve ever seen. Lots of PTO, which you’re encouraged to use, many paid holidays and you get your birthday off. Everybody is super welcoming and has a passion for travel, love the culture here!

Cons

Pay is lower than many other companies
