Pros

They have great employee benefits (health, 401K) and an excellent product to represent.

Cons

Toxic culture...old-school high-pressure sales environment. The goals set are not sustainable. No diversity! New sales director is ruthless. You are always traveling solo or with team and expected to be on the road all the time. No opportunities to include family. They will take whatever they can from you and do not care about their employees. This is a dying breed of company.

Pros

Nicely renovated offices and free fitness center at headquarters, hybrid WFH days, extra vacation time, opportunity for Learning & Development toward my career and earnings goals. 401k match, cash bonuses in profitable years. Good managers, regular communications about how the company's doing, healthy finances and future outlook. Family owners manage the business and care about their company, brand, customers, people.

Cons

There are unfilled jobs and short staff on some teams. Visit the company website to see what roles are available for new hires or internal promotions.
