Pros

Travel can be a fun industry. Customers are excited and grateful for your assistance with their trip.

Cons

Everyone is overworked and underpaid. Since Covid there are no more bonuses or familiarization trips (employee trips). No raises. No opportunities to significantly grow. Management is overworked so there is lack of support.
