Strives for employees to have a positive work experience and supplies means to asks questions and provide support.

Cons

Main concern at this particular time is number of days required in office, which is currently 3 days. Hopeful that we do not return to the constant company wide meetings that occurred prior to the pandemic.

Pros

Collette is full of people who care about one another and who work together towards a common purpose and desire to help guests fulfill their travel dreams. There isn't anyone who wouldn't drop everything and help a teammate. It is also really fun. People who work in travel get how important experiences are in life and it shows at Collette. The company is growing and it is an exciting time to work in travel. The benefits are really strong and the changes made to enhance the offerings, even coming out of the pandemic, are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Awful pay, they hype up your raise to you only for it to be 50 cents more per hour, the management really hyped everything up like they treat you so well for giving you the absolute bare minimum. We were treated like actual middle schoolers, so much supervision and everyone is a weird disney adult. Every job I’ve ever had besides this treated me exponentially better than this culty weird place. This sector of the travel industry is toast anyways
