Pros

Management is very accommodating when you work really hard. It's a very tedious job and not easy but when you lean into training, ask questions and be honest when you need support; it's a great place to be

Cons

The pay could really use some surgery. No work at this job is easy and I just think the opportunity to get increase in pay is too tough. You have to go through an accelerated program that prevents you from leaving the department for 18 months. Within that 18 months, they work you tirelessly. You have to be willing to be flexible and fill any position they ask you to.
