Pros

Your team makes coming to work really fun, and the mission is easy to get behind. Benefits were once okay (not unique compared to other local companies) and perks for home office employees were great (they no longer exist post-covid). Fun events if your manager let you attend. Some learning opportunities especially if you were in a leadership role.

Cons

The family and executives have treated employees terribly during this pandemic. They have all but forgotten about most of them except to tell them their furlough was extended OR to request them to volunteer. The pay has been low for pretty much all roles even before covid so I can only imagine how bad it will be after the pandemic. The company claims they are one team and a family but when crisis hit, it was the family and inner circle who were cared for and treated with any respect.
