Pros

Collette had a diverse and mostly millennial workforce, the CEO is female, they are zero debt and have been in business for over 100 years, it is easy to move up within the company, and the benefits were outstanding. Think pet insurance, free international trips, hotel discounts, paid volunteer time, I could go on. I started in the Call Center, and within two years was able to move into a new position within a higher up department. I never had a negative experience within the company and enjoyed every coworker and supervisor I had.

Cons

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, myself and most of the company was let go. I do not know how things will work out for Collette in the future, as most of their business is international travel.
