      Pros

      When I first came in for my interview, I knew right away that this would be a great place to work. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, caring, and helpful. I have been doing so much work and different projects, while also having fun and building relationships. There is a great balance between work and personal life. The people here are not just your co-workers or managers, but more than that. They really want to get to know you and help you in both your career and life in general. I truly learned a lot already, and I haven't even been here that long!

      I really have not had any issues, problems, or anything to complain about at all during my time here so far!

      Pros

      Collette is an amazing place to work. I started 5 months ago and I can not think of a better place I would want to work. The employees are welcoming, the work environment is caring, friendly, and thoughtful, the benefits are out of this world, and the overall employee experience is outstanding. I come from a the retail industry and there you are just a number. At Collette you are part of the family.

      Honestly, my overall experience has been amazing. The family is so generous, charitable, and giving. No Cons.
