      There are many reasons Collette is a great company to work for. The working conditions are great. The benefits are also really good. Most importantly the supervisors and managers are professional and help you reach your utmost potential. Collette has a great team environment and encourages ideas and hears your voice. There is opportunities to grow with hard work and dedication. Collette is a private company, and it is not to big but it is not small in size. Everyone gets to know your name.

      Cons

      It can take time to move up working here, but this can be said almost anywhere.
