Good PTO you get 200 hours upfront plus holidays off.
Cons
They will raise your call volume and forget about it and act like yoy are wrong for noticing and gently brining it to their attention. They will overwork you and pay new hires more than you than gaslight you and tell you that's not true. They will promise promotions and beg you to stay for another 6 months just to have your promotion denied and beg you to stay just another 6 months. They won't help you change to part time status when burning out, and whe. They place you on special teams to convert more sales They won't allow you to be removed even if yoy beg and plead. They will pump your call numbers until you collapse into your own worthlessness. They dangle the carrot but you always get the stick. They seem different at first but I promise yoy the honeymoon fades and you will be fully taken advantage of.
