      Stays on cutting edge of technology, growth, high potential for advancement, satisfying work/projects, good people to work with.

      Cons

      High level of bureaucracy, builds and fortifies "silos" even while they say they are trying not to have silos, mishandles large mergers.

      Pros

      Leadership here is people oriented. They truly care about the folks that make this place what it is. Most of the leaders here are great listeners, display empathy, are kind, nurture and lead. You will get back what you put in. They identify up and coming staff who they nurture to become future leaders. The mentor program here is amazing.

      Cons

      Leadership teams, in various disciplines, can easily get caught up in production tasks, placing internal people first initiatives on the back burner.
