      Decent benefits and annual bonuses

      Cons

      Managers say one thing and do another; hiring is based on looks and gender; no performance feedback; paternalistic culture (typical of most companies in this industry, I realize).

      Morgue-like Class A Office Space!

      Cons

      Valuation is step child to real Colliers...and feels it; software is a cobbled together excel sheet(s) that dims the lights in the building then locks up; but pales in comparison to "training" that apparently consists of hacked together VHS videos of rambling techies who lived in their parents basement when it was appraised last year...
