Pros

I have been with the company for just under 5 years. When I first started, the team was in complete chaos and I was personally spread too thin in a very high demanding environment. Since then, I have had the opportunity to change teams and have been more functional in my role with room to expand.

Cons

The company (team I previously worked for) is a constant work in progress and I'm sure with time, they will get better. The con here is....TIME. It can take management extra time to make big decisions. The company has a tendency to scare support staff off very easily.

Pros

Colliers International offers the resources of a large corporation, including employees across the country who can trade information and knowledge of their markets. The IT department is fantastic.

Cons

Many of the brokers are difficult to work with and are not "team players." There wasn't a training program in place when I joined and I would be wary to accept the job offer had I known how little guidance I would be given. No PTO; just sick time.
