Pros

Previous commitment to service, people, and culture. Opportunities to grow and learn from colleagues and leaders. Former leadership.

Cons

It's becoming just like the other big firms and losing it's culture. Departments are becoming less collaborative. It seems like it's now all about profits over people.

Competive, corporate environment

Pros

There were some nice people on staff, but were very segmented and interactions were sparse.

Cons

Leadership was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and distant. The work culture was highly competitive and very sterile. Dress code was ridiculous, and there was no effort to build any office camaraderie.
