Pros

Long history with lots of talented and experienced professionals

Cons

Colliers is a global company but does not have as much partnership across the organization as it could. The existing leadership team is maintaining a traditional corporate real estate model rather than trying to innovate and change the industry, so if you like maintaining the status quo then Colliers is a great place to be, but if you are looking for a cutting-edge, innovating organization then it may not be a great fit.

Pros

Starting pay is ok, benefits offered, the company as a whole is good, company outings, snacks/drinks provided.

Cons

Management definitely needs some help. The employees should be treated equally and no favoritism. More advancement opportunities.
