Good for entrepreneurial brokers

Pros

Colliers is a great platform to go out and make a name for yourself and make great money. The support is there, and the brokers at Colliers are, for the most part, good, successful guys.

Cons

The biggest downside is that Colliers tries to compete with the brokerages that do lots of the institutional work, but it's just not who they are. A few all-star brokers at Colliers do work like that, but most do not. The problem is that management likes to think Colliers is on equal footing in that world, and they try to market and brand the company like that, when maybe a better approach would be more productive.

My experience was there was no consideration of amount of work that was needed to compete and do you job.
