Pros

Regular office hours Convenient office location Friendly coworkers Opportunity to wear "many hats" and be exposed to many new things. Office embraces new technologies Fun work events and environment* - this has changed over the past year, but it might come back.

Cons

Focus is almost exclusively on the commission-based employees. If you are not one of these employees, you are not as valued. Hours are not flexible. Not a fun environment any more - it definitely used to be. Unreasonable expectations based on comparisons made to other markets that are not similar to the one you are in.
