On my first day I was told by an employee "nobody ever lasts here" ...now I know why!
Pros
Free car parking space in city centre, location was good and a 'select few' people were nice.
Cons
Never made to feel welcome - felt uneasy everyday here due to one person, this person was bad mouthing passed and present employees every day making the atmosphere unpleasant, decent training was not provided for the role, there was no structure for a 'new start' and management didn't have time for them, senior management are very unprofessional when dealing with serious situations, my salary was discussed between the staff I was supposed to be managing without my knowledge - how did they know this information and who was their source? Whilst seeking other employment via recruitment I explained that a certain person made my time here unbearable and they advised that passed employees of this same team, whom they have helped with employment elsewhere have also mentioned this same issue with the same person. (Alarm bells)
